The overall aim of the AT Hub is to connect assistive technology services around people. People are absolutely at the heart of what the AT Hub is about.

To gain an insight into how services are provided, it is vital that the views and experiences of the people in receipt of services are actively sought and captured.

The AT Hub wants to hear stories from people who want to tell us about their experiences when receiving any type of AT service. We want to hear about both good and bad experiences!

Here is an example of the sort of stories we are looking for:

“My husband Dennis has at last received his wheelchair, but as we are still waiting for the home adaptations to be done as he still cannot leave the house, five months later. He has also been given a communication device, but no-one will mount it to his chair or agree to pay to have it mounted…….”

Have you or someone you know been in receipt of good or poor AT services? Please let us know! We will analyse all comments to help identify patterns and trends, with a view to improving services.
